| Brief Profile | |
Maliha Sahar belongs to Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu Kashmir. Born on March 8, 1991 she received her schooling from the Siddique Public High School, Rawalpindi. She did her Intermediate from Post Graduate College for Women, Sixth Road, Rawalpindi and later graduated with major in Biotechnology from Government College University, Lahore. Currently Ms. Sahar is pursuing an MPhil in Biotechnology from the Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad where she is the recipient of a merit fellowship. Ms. Sahar has also initiated a movement named “Movement for Green Pakistan” promoting environmental awareness. She has conducted different talks through the platform of “Movement for Green Pakistan” where young people actively participate and debate different issues they encounter on a daily basis. Moreover, she regularly attends conferences and seminars on wide ranging of topics related to the challenges that the youth faces. |
